Personally, Heinz 57 seems a bit more perky....

As for mayo, there's a new popular brand wasabi mayo in US supermarkets,
not bad with fried oysters (and not sweet like mass production "Tartar
Sauces", most of them serious and felonious offenses against seafood and
the state) and palatable w/frites.

And I think my friend will never forget the time in Florida (or maybe it
was CA) he mistook it for guacamole.

I've lived with him most of the time since that date, and he seems to
breathe more or less normally, but it may account for a generally grumpy
disposition.

If by that you mean it's comparatively mild, I'll try it. (I hesitated
to buy any, knowing what wasabi is like, straight!)
