Bobby,
The Kenya shilling has been up and down for years!
If you were being paid a salary in Kenya, which was being remitted to
UK, you would have noticed the highs, and the definite lows!
If you are just going for a short holiday, there won`t be too much
variation. It has been 130- 133 shillings to the £ for ages now.

If you were being paid a salary in Kenya, which was being remitted to
UK, you would have noticed the highs, and the definite lows!
If you are just going for a short holiday, there won`t be too much
variation. It has been 130- 133 shillings to the £ for ages now.

On one of our safaris it had huge, really unbelievable, 'bounces' in the three
weeks we were in Kenya.
Sorry (for the Kenyans) that it's stablised at such a low rate.
