Default If you use agricultural chemicals

From November 25 2015, agricultural concentrated chemicals will no longer be available for sale to the general public.
To buy pesticides, herbicides, anti-fungal, etc. you will be required to have a permit.
To get a permit you have to pass a 30 hour course that is only available in Portuguese [for now at least].

Fertilizers will not be affected.

Until November 25 there is no restrictions, but don't wail until the last minute; shops will be running out of some products.

I hadn't heard that; and I do use gas, oxygen anyway.

I went to the shop in Portimao where I buy gas and asked; he told me he knows nothing of any such pending rules. Only refrigeration gas is regulated that way, and has been for a long time.
