When we applied in April 2021 for the new cards, I changed our address as we'd moved from the Algarve.
My application is showing the new address, but my husbands is still showing Fuzeta.
I've tried changing it today, as he's only just got the e-mail to renew, , but have had no luck whatsoever,
Any help/advice would be lovely.
Can't see the point of me going to Beja and him to Faro.

I think you're stuck with that unless you want to cancel the request and start from scratch.

Thank Red Eric, I have been reading it.
It says that you can amend the information on the website, before you accept the appointment, but there seems no way to o that.
I will ring them tomorrow and see what they have to say.

At the point you have that document, the application is locked, so you can't update it. You have to cancel it first and then start again, amending the details prior to re-submitting and generating a new QR code document. And then you'd presumably have to wait for another email before you could schedule the appointment
I have to say, it would give me the heebie-jeebies trying that but that's what it says.
Good luck with the phone call! Maybe they can tell you something different

Yes, worries me too.
I'll ring them and see what the nice Indian gentleman has to day this time.
My phone counts the calls, so will be interesting to see if I can get more than the pevious 132.

Just to let you know, I rang them today and got through on the 42nd attempt!
The best thing to do, is to cancel the original request and start again.
Then e-mail them, to let them know what he has done.
Also send an e-mail from me, as I'll miss my time frame, as Beja is an hours drive for us and to have to go up twice doesn't make sense.
He said we'd hear in a couple of weeks, so we're quite happy with that.

Looking at my Brexit/SEF page I notice thatg for some reason they have missed the last 2 numbers from my UK passport number.
Clearly this must be changed immediately.
So does that mean that I will need to enter X to cancel current submission and then apply for a new QR code??
