I'm looking forward to hearing more about your experience with this unit.

I researched similar but the indoor developed ones are fairly new so hard to come by real world reviews, compared to outdoor located ones.

For instance efficiency due a smaller fan and condenser than outdoor?
Noise level, as the outdoor ones are generally loud?
How often the condenser kicks in to maintain stored water temp?

My house is historical and solar, gas, outdoor heat pump etc are all forbidden.
An indoor unit to power water/underfloor heating would be great news if the above questions don't unveil nasty surprises

Does the heat pump cool the house in summer? In Italy the government will pay quite a bit towards the installation. May be the same in Portugal?

Not really looked into this one that much but I think this unit is basically an ultra efficient hot water heater - takes in warm air , extracts the heat to heat up 200litres of water - blows out cool air
