Hi, leave is a term used for unpaid leave away from work not annual leave. WA aren't bothered about a day off you had to go to Alton Towers (I'm a manc), they're concerned with any time you've had away from the police force in a non paid capacity.

It's confusing but logically, what employer ever asks applicants to tell them about the holidays they've taken? It would be a logistical nightmare to trace back all those dates (in my force any way)

I included all sickness days in my application and would have included career breaks if I'd had one.
