I know what you mean! Just practised the shuttle run again, first time in 3 weeks due to Achilles. Maybe should have left it til the day, Friday, as Achilles is throbbing now!

Mate I was 17 stone 3 months ago, was big and chunky. The one they sent in first to get the angry people ! now under 15 stone and discovering muscles that I thought had moved out years ago. I feel I've climbed a mountain and I'm almost at the top and ready for a well deserved pint after !
