Have I mised something here..???

I have looked back through this thread and cannot see where I have made any negative comments. I loved being a Police Officer for 12 years in the UK and I love my new life here, I get my badge with EPS tomorrow. It took me a year as I got injured in training last year, got sent to front counter while I recovered from injury and started again in February..It was tough, I wouldnt want to do the course again but here I am..

I encouraged someone to have a go at it and return if they didnt like it and I stated that EPS dont employ ex-UK officers unless they have resigned from their UK force, they dont allow career breaks. If thats negative well there you go..and I have an open door for any UK officer wanting to come to Edmonton and take a peek at life here before they make the jump..

Have I missed something??

I would never discourage anyone from starting something new and exciting, you only live once..

its me, he is mixing us up, which is some bloody insult you big southern jessie.

glass houses and stones springs to mind. canada to uk then back to canada and lots of moans and mistakes about what is correct on both sides.

Well at least that settles the mystery, I expect you to get a right tongue lashing from Guy Fawkes now, coupled with an apology for me..
