I don't use many sites myself, mostly the meta -torrent Torrentz2.eu, but aren't we able to download and stream from just about any site we like? How long that will last is another question. The CEO of iFlix was interviewed by Cathy Yang on The Boss on ANC over the weekend. When asked about piracy he answered that he favoured offering superior, reasonable cost products to combat it. He said they're joining up with PLDT and offering some free content.
Interestingly, he acknowledged that piracy here was worse than in the other Asian countries they operated in! But making a possibly exaggerated estimate of revenue losses, as many people here surely can't afford to subscribe?
I think we'll be alright for sometime yet..never mind the EJKs etc, blocking access would really be a vote loser, trumping complaints from providers.

In process of getting Deep State Series 1 using Torrentz2, which is thankfully still available on my Globe LTE, and a Russian site to avoid HD and minimize the load. Interesting in itself! They often save the day with music, also. Thanks for the tip.

I am now downloading ''the terror'' the tale of the 1845 british attempt at forcing the NW passage aboard Erubus and Terror, quiet a fascinating insight into the times and protocols of that era...Looks cold reminds me of why I left the far grim north for here

Good you give that information, as I would have expected it to be about the French Revolution. It's apparently all CGI. Can you tell? If not I will download it.
Otherwise, I usually find I can't keep up with the sheer amount of quality BBC output....recently watched the first part of "My year with the tribe" with Will Millard, BBC4. Not quite what you would expect.
By the way, if you want a constant reminder of cold British weather just download the OS March screensaver!

Netflix @ $11 a month provides all of my entertainment TV along with the HD channels on Cignal. BBC, CNN, Al Jajeerah cover news and Fox Sports via Cignal give me my Sports fix. Very exciting F1 race yesterday at Baku.
