Greetings...

We had a Hearing yesterday and had a problem attending due to the new enforced travel restrictions here. So had to make do with video conference. I asked my attorney to make a plea for the Hearing to be re-scheduled because I wanted to state my case in person which is difficult on poor quality video conference. Much to our surprise the judge accepted and I now have two more scheduled on 27/28 September with at least other to be scheduled later. This will also allow me to file a police blotter for bigamy, try to find out why her Cenomar was refused by the city hall and to personally investigate her claims of working in Smart Call Centre in the Big City. Interestingly she was not present in court for the first time. She used audio conference at our home town police station. I mused on the reason why. Maybe it is because I made it deliberately well known on FB that I was going to attend in person and didnt want to face me in person....but thats conjecture. The Trial Court was where she lives in the Little Big Town and she couldnt use the police station there because she is wanted by the Brgy Capt.and her theft of the rent she collected from my OFW friend was also reported there. Or maybe she wanted to check if I had actually blottered for bigamy. Again conjecture but interesting she didnt appear in person and used Audio instead of video conference.

The other advantage of the rescheduling is that at the next Hearing the Judge, Prosecutor and WW would have sight of my evidence and also see she committed perjury in court on our previous Hearing. Also the police report against her for attempting to steal 48k of jewelry from a friend which landed her in jail. This may prod her to come to some sort of financial arrangement, Maybe the Prosecutor will advise her to drop the case or for the judge to dismiss the case. But I am being wildly optimistic.

There have been posts on WW paying someone for a "drive by", The first Brit to settle in my home town was shot dead over a land deal about 18 months before I arrived so I personally know of at least one case. Whether WW has the will to carry this out bearing in mind she could spend 6 -12 years in jail for bigamy and one year for Perjury is open to question. However I am more concerned about her PNP boyfriend. He could be named in court as having an affair with a married woman which will have consequences on his career. I could file a blotter against him but that would be similar to prodding a stick into a wasps nest. Not worth it but I might if I feel it necessary. I have not mentioned this to WW. Yet. Remember when WW attempted to steal 48k worth of jewelry from her good friend? She spent an overnight stay in jail and the police told the victim to return to process the case against her. The victim received a message the next day not to bother because of the Covid situation. Very lame excuse. I am convinced her PNP bf did some "persuading" to his colleagues .

So who knows whats in her mind. She has told her friends she will take all my money and then my pension. She has told me that she doesnt want a settlement but wants me in jail and deported. And what about her police bf? Maybe he will arrange with his colleagues at my home town a set up to land me in jail on trumped up charges? But maybe I am being over dramatic but I need to keep a very open mind and be aware.

Never forget it's all about the money. There's no point killing P11. Whatever hopes she has are dependent on P11 being alive and able to stump up some cash.

Whilst not doubting the ability to hire someone to do the job on the cheap, can't see her going for it.

Maybe Philo should make everyone aware he has no money. Easy enough to spread that story... tell all and sundry he only has enough saved for the airfare back to Blighty and that his sons are sending him a weekly remittance which is what hes living on.
If his former paramour, the lovely but slightly maladjusted WW thinks he has no money then hes obviously less attractive in terms of pursuing a case.
A few pics of him showing hes in dire straits ( Tshirts with holes in , a cardboard saying " please help, walang pera ngayon , and more sohwing him eating old rice and fish heads) might help to further the lie. ?
