Hi everyone,
I have been living in the Mandaluyong for the past 12 months and my rent will expire in 3 months time.
Currently, I work from home and I'm looking for advice on where the cheapest area is to live for an expat.
I don't want to pay more than 20,000 to 25,000 php per month and I'm looking for a 1 bedroom condo.

There is one very large condo complex off the Dona Soledad extension road in Paranaque, where you should be able to get a I bed with internet for well under 20k, Last year one was available for only 12k, though it was a short let. There's another smalller complex just over 1km away off E. Rodriguez Ave. Access from both of these good to the SLEX through Better Living and to NAIA/Pasay etc via C5 extension. Some local facilities, eg wet market, banks, small supermarkets etc. Better Living is not far away and very comprehensive, together with SM Bicutan.
