The best you will get is BBC world service on cable. Much of it is available on YouTube a few days later.

Very simple get a VPN for your computer or smart tv. On a daily basis I access BBC, ITV, C4 and C5 plus I subscribe to Britbox.

Not sure what programs you are after but I download anything I want to watch and play it on the TV or PC at a time convenient to us. As all the best programs on UK TV are on at about 04:00hrs here.

If you want BBC rolling news it's now called BBC World News and you can watch it live on your computer at TV Mucho, No VPN needed. They have a package at about P340 a month. Over 60 other live UK channels. I used to watch BBC World TV a lot but I'm now a fan of CNN US, who apart from US politics do a very good job on covering international news and big UK events. Their evening is our morning, so convenient.

For the odd program eg MOTD and major series you can also download using torrents. Though there is a delay until someone puts it up.

Otherwise, as Bealinehx says, to access services like the BBC iPlayer you need to use a good VPN. One with plenty of UK servers and good customer service in case of difficulty. The free ones from my experience hardly ever work these days.

Britbox is a useful extra for older UK programmes and series but the iPlayer etc sometimes has them and you can download almost everything, back even to the 1950s, using torrents.

You don't. You just click "I have a TV licence...". Having first registered with the BBC giving a UK location, of course.
