''Left Clark last week.
There was no cashier on duty due no express lane fee causing no overtime allowance or so they said.
Had to go to the side office where the officer on duty took my exit clearance money which was now only approx 1600peso due to no express lane fee and presented me a paper form which says I can clam my receipt on my return when there is a cashier on duty.
I am returning though Manila so I have no idea how this will work at this stage.
If I don't claim a receipt will they pocket the money? Probably.''

I can see this turning into it's own saga trying to claim back a fee from a different airport to that which it was paid to.

I am not sure that would bother me as I am not eligible to reclaim a fee on a 13A visa. seems that i am in effect getting a 500 pesos discount and still getting the clearance as part of the check in process...what is not to like.

The part that annoys me most is not getting a response from the BID to this question, perhaps my e-mail should have paid an express lane fee for a response??
