Not too sure where you live but post from here can take over a month to get to Manila and add to that the gov office go slow for any excuse - thankyou Covid, you will be lucky to even have it looked at for quite a while yet.

Might have been better in hindsight coming from an agrieved local (lead by you). But nonetheless I am sure Immigration will rub there hands in glee to get their teeth into it.
I live in Cebu and it took about 10 days or so to get a letter to BI main office via LBC. But they don't reply. They appear to have acted on the information without reference to me.
You could chase them up via their email address in due course.
