What to do with good used unifroms?
Any ideas? My old trust does not want their uniforms returned so I have some extremely good condition uniforms that I have collected over the years as I have yo yo'd weight wise.
Is there a charity that sends good condition used nurse uniforms overseas/ to developing countries?, its such a waste to put them in the re cycling bin... even some brand new unhemmed dresses/ trousers... I never got thin enough to wear them (looked like Hattie Jakes)
Don't want to sell on ebay or give to charity shop for some perv to dress up in.
before anyone starts shouting 'infection control' at me, they have been washed at 60 degrees, ironed and never worn in hospitals as I work in the community....
suggestions greatfully received
