Hi are any nurses moving out with older teens i.e. > 18yrs am trying to find out how difficult it is can anyone help please

It can be straightforward or very difficult for the child to get a visa based on your application - depends on circumstances.

Ask on the Australia immigration forum and be prepared to get professional advice if your situation appears complex.
