Recent/Specfic Work Exp??

Recent/Specfic Work Exp??
Just putting visa together (trying to!) Working thru the checklist for recent work exp and spec work exp... is it ok to cross reference documents such as payroll statement and reference from work or do i need to actually tick checklist box and enclose duplicates of loads of stuff?? Was thinking of putting in a few divider cards but not sure if these are gonna be more of a hindrance than a help coz in some sections it may say 'see section .....' dunno, confused & fed up!! Anyone offer any suggestions??

Hi,
I didn't cross reference because I wanted to front load everything and didn't want to give them any chance of sending stuff back. I did however, do little dividers and everything was fine.
Where in Merseyside are you? I'm from the Wirral.
