Nursing in Australia
Hi,
I am currently in the process of moving to Western Australia as a registered mental health nurse. I was planning on going with my friend who has recently completed his nurse training but failed the final year, therefore is not actually a registered nurse. Does anyone know if he could get a job as an Assistant In Nursing in Australia and would employers be willing to sponsor an untrained member of staff?? Or are there any courses he could take whilst in Oz to top up. I've also been trying to find out what an enrolled nurse is? Any thoughts or help would be much appreciated
Thank you
