you get a returning residents visa with your PR, which allows you to leave NZ and re-enter as you like. This lasts for 2 years from when you enter the country. After 2 years, dependent on how much time you've spent in NZ you can then apply for an indefinate returning residents visa which gives you the same right to come and go, you just don't have to worry about it expiring!! Just a quick way for immigration to make more dosh.

I thought Beeston was more Leeds than Wakefield 
We lived in Skelmanthorpe, between Huddersfield and Wakefield
Loved the place and feeling a bit homesick at the moment

I was born in Huddersfield, grew up in Wakefield then moved to Pontefract, Batley then Beeston!!
