A Rush And A Push

We do something similar in regard to not paying for babysitters. Friends of ours with similar-aged kids also have no family around to babysit - we just take it in turns babysitting for each other's kids every month or so. It's free, we all get nights out and if the kids do wake up there's somebody they know looking after them.

We pay $10 per hour, seems to be what most I know are charged.

We did have a family friends daughter do it for a few years and she would take $30 for the whole time no matter the length, but if we were out late we would give her a bonus etc.

Sadly she is 19 and has her own life now LOL
