To UK by sea?
Having flown to the UK several times, by different routes, we're getting pretty bored with the flying. Besides, when you're 6'3" like me, 30 hours cramped in a plane seat is a bit of an ordeal, to say the least.
We are planning a trip to the uk next year but are investigating going, at least part of the way by sea.
Were thinking maybe from nz, across the pacific, through the panama canal to Florida, then flying on from there.
Anyone have any info or experience of this or other possible routes?
Any information or experiences welcome.
