Trying out ACC!
Hi
Well we have been here since August, working from November. My husband charlie decided that getting involved in the workplace footie team would be a good way of making friends. (couldn't play football in UK, so why he thought he would be able to in NZ is beyond me!)
Great plan until....
He completely ruptures his achilles tendon! The team ironically consisted if his colleagues from ED at the local hospital, which where we found ourselves for several hours later.
He is now potted up and on crutches, unable to work/drive/do anything! We are discovering what all the fuss about ACC is!!!
Oh well these things come to try us...
we still love it here!
Nick
