Wink Sword question

Where might one purchase a couple of upturned ones? I know a couple of people in need of a set.

In a joint interview with National MP Chris Bishop (South Hutt) this afternoon, when Chris was asked if he would run if opposition leader MP Simon Bridges (Tauranga) lost the leadership, MP Kieran McAnulty (Wairarapa) who's always good value humorously summarised the situation best commenting: "Aside from Simon Bridges - the one person Labour wants to lead National is Chris Bishop."

Good time to have a coup however, well outside of an election period.

The National Party sounds like a typically toxic Kiwi workplace where you have to watch your back and only certain friends of friends need apply, unless they can prove useful in some other way. As is usual the whistle blower will take the fall but Simon Bridges really should go on the basis that he sounds so, um, incredibly thick.

The fact remains that they were clearly scheming about trading cash for candidates and on that basis alone I don't understand how Bridges is still in his job.

Ross: Yeah they're good people. Now there's no catch or anything to it. You may recall at the dinner they did discuss candidacy, and another Chinese candidate.

Bridges: Two MPs, yeah.

Ross: Colin Zhang? The younger one, he's put his name in for Candidates' College and so I assume he'll get through and we'll make some decisions as a Party further down the track as to what we want to do with candidates.
Bridges: I mean, it's like all these things, it's bloody hard. You've only got so much space. Depends where we're polling, you know? All that sort of thing… two Chinese would be nice, but would it be one Chinese or one Filipino? What do we do?

Ross: Two Chinese would be more valuable than two Indians, I have to say."

I have no doubt the same conversations have taken place in the Labour backrooms, we've simply been given access to the National version. Can you imagine the conversations that took place between Winston Peters and Jacinda Blair for him to get the deal he wanted. All parties will trade candidates, reputations, souls, policies or promise legislation, for the prospect of power
