Rental Properties Howick/Beachlands/Maraetai
This one really has to go out to all you who are residing in NZ???
My family, pet dog & I are moving out in July so we are trying to secure a rental property in the areas mentioned before we bet out there. Ideally we would like a minimum rental for 6 Months with an option of extending this until we find a suitable property to buy.
We need a minimum of 3 bedrooms, fully furnished property with a garden, and a pool would be a bonus. I am checking trademe, open2view, etc from this end, but if anyone see's a suitable rental advertised locally, or are in the area and know of any, I would be obliged if you could let me know.
Also, if anyone has any details of real estate agents who deal with properties in this area, I would like to know email/web addresses to allow me to contact them.
Thank you in advance for all your replies.

I will have to pop down to the Post Shop this week and theres 2 estate agents there so I'll get a list of their available rentals for you. July shouldnt be too bad to get a rental around here as its winter....come summer and they are like gold-dust in Beachlands. Only problem I can see is that it probably wont be furnished.... but I'll check for you anyway.
You could contact them yourselves too to save time.... they are Barfoot and Thompson...

You may be better looking though ads on the New Zealand Herald, avoiding agents.
