To be honest for the first year or so we have said we'll go where ever the work is. I have family in Timaru and Christchurch so will start looking there. I'm an Office/HR Manager and PA to our Chairman and MD -- aka dogs body 
I just have one aim for where ever I work - that its less than 45min from where I live. If I can get rid of the London commute I will be a very happy lady !
