I have had people jumping up and down on there seats because they won't recline as my knees are wedged in them, had cuts and bruises in them to show for it. The annoying thing us it's normally tiny people wanting to recline them. I have never reclined my seat as I know how horrible it is. I usually rest my head on the back of there seat if they do and sleep like that.
