one step closer!
Hi All
We sold our house last week! only been on the market since Xmas, pretty good going.
All we need now is a case officer, 11 weeks in and still waiting so very very paitently.......
Buyers are happy to rent
We are keeping the positive vibes on full!!!!

that's great news about the house and the fact that they will rent from you. Just need to kick some butt to get a case officer now

Cheers you lot! its beginning to feel real now!
one minute you want it all to just 'be here' then the next you wish it would slow down cause you have the garage to sort out
I just keep shuting the doors at the moment...... hope that Simon (OH) will do it
