Stay in Eastbourne during the week when in the office in Wellie, hope will start to enjoy it even more now the good weather is on it's way

Whoooaaa.... it was OK until the last few sentences, NZ has quality housing, excellent infrastructure! Now I know this is an April fools. Pull the other one!
