Default New Zealand Chef Qualification UK

Hi
I am a chef with 20 years experience within various establishments working in the UK.
I am looking into applying for a job and a work visa for NZ as chef is on the long term skill shortage list.
In 2003 I completed a NVQ level 2 in cookery (City & Guilds) and have read on this site that it's the NVQ level 3 (in the UK) which equates to a level 4 with NZQF.
The level 4 cookery with NZQF equivalent is what is required for my visa application so
although I have learnt my trade mostly through experience I may have to further my studies in order obtain the qualification necessary.
Does anyone have any information on which courses I can take in the UK to achieve said qualification? Is the City & Guilds NVQ 3 the only course that is recognised.

I have a full time job so will need something part time or evenings.
Any information will be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi, double check the criteria as some positions take experience over qualifications, you would need to prove the experience but what they would require you would need to check
