This post is about having uncontrollable nerves just before leaving for NZ not how you adjust to life in NZ.

Yep,

And my reply was in an attempt to convey my feeling that a positive attitude in and calming those nerves help in making the move a success. Nerves are natural and indeed sometimes necessary emotion but need to be channeled to mitigate impact.

Be nervous but be positive. Maybe my message was lost in the rush of typing before dashing out.
