Need Accommodation in Wellington in Oct/Nov?
I am reluctantly forced to go back to the UK to sort some stuff out, and have a two bedroomed town house available if anyone is coming out for a recce, having family visit, etc. It will be available from 18th October to 9th November, although if you need different dates it may be negotiable.
It's in Newlands, a lovely quiet close with about half a dozen other houses, great neighbours, harbour view, flat drive on access. TV, washing machine, fridge, phone etc. New kitchen, carpets, good condition. Nothing fancy, but everything you need to be comfortable (within reason!) 2 beds - double and queen.
The house is two minutes from the Newlands exit of SH2, 8-10 minutes to Wellington city, interislander ferries or Petone and a few minutes more to Lower Hutt. You can get to Porirua in about 15 minutes. Great for exploring! (Maps available at no extra charge!)
A Honda HRV is also available by negotiation for the duration if you need it.
Rent is $330 per week.
