Prediction is 60% of NZ will be infected!
16 year old came home today telling me that any kid from her school who has been overseas is not allowed back in school for a week ...
Methinks she is counting having had to show passport to get in the bathroom as it's that flithy it could be deemed third World ...

standard MoE advice at the moment, also keep the little darlings at home if they have a sniffle......so much for productivity (again!).....

Am getting a tad concerned with all this talk of quarantine of a week or so after an overseas visit.
I've got to go to France in a months time, and then upon my return, my Dad, and sister in law are visiting us from the UK.
Do you really think they'll enforce the 1 week after arraval from overseas? What about tourists?

Honestly this is so much of a non-story now I'm thinking that the government are over reacting. We're in danger of falling into the same trap as the Egyptians if we let public fear rather than scientific method run government policy.
