Just booked one way flights for the family to Kuala Lumpur, off travelling for four weeks, haven't figured out how we are getting back yet!

WP: has a mutton casserole slowly cooking in the oven and a treacle pudding slowly steaming on the stove top - best thing about NZ winters is revisiting all the 'stick to your ribs' meals my mother used to feed us on in the 1970's

WP: is very tired, and glad that OH came home with some fresh fish to make fish and chips for dinner so she gets a night of from kitchen duties (though I had already put a rice pudding in the oven, but that doesn't take any effort)
