You will have to find a suitable University that offers the course you are interested in and then have them assess transcriptions from your diploma to see if they will give you any credits towards the degree. Usually they have a maximum of about 1/3 of papers can be credited, assuming they are deemed to fit the bill.
If you are not already in NZ, depending on what you're wanting to do, you could papers extramurally. e.g https://www.openpolytechnic.ac.nz/ and at Massey University
