How long is a visa string?
Sorry folks, very naff I know.... however I do have more info to glean from you wunnerful peeps.... estimating our ITA to go thru' with few probs and PR granted early 2006, how long do we have before it all runs out?
Am I right in saying you have up to six months from hearing you have been granted PR to actually get your passports stamped with said visa. Then another 12 months to get to NZ, ie 18 months in all??
We are in a position to go next Summer 2006, but housing market in Cornwall is s*** so waiting another year might be a better option!
Thanks heaps

You are spot on with your 6 / 12 / 18 month timings. good luck with the house, hang in there.
