Hi from Berni and David
Hi all!
We are new to this site, so would like to say hi to everyone here!
Currently we are in the process of moving to NZ - and have just had the EOI accepted! We have been offered jobs, in Auckland, and we are both excited about the move. We love travelling, and have moved around a bit. We have 4 grown up kids, and maybe the youngest (18) will move with us!?
We have visited NZ on several occasions and have friends in Palmy, Rotorua, and CChurch.
Anyway just thought ur site is great, and nice comments!

We have friends in Wellington, Tauranga and Cambridge and both love the Northland! at the moment its prob Northland but depends on work etc.
Just got to get house move here sorted then my visa application in ... I'm applying for partnership PR, luckily husband was born in NZ, both 'kids' have citizenship by descent so they could join us if ever they want too

Hi, we were hoping to go before Christmas but have had delays with house move here so now looks like it will be January Heading for ??? not 100% sure yet! Initially we want to explore S Island because we focused on NI on our visits, and we promised ourselves a 'holiday' before settling.

Yeah, really looking forward to relaxing for a couple of weeks but think I will be itching to get settled somewhere! hopefully by then we will have firmer arrangements in place!!
Yep, in a funny way I do find the fact that the kids have their citizenship reassuring .... even though they are staying here its good to know that they dont have to get visa's to visit for longer than 6 months and if they decide to join us perm they won't have to jump through hoops to do so!!
Sorry, wittering on a bit there! thanks for your repy... keep us updated.

Hi really enjoyed time spent in Auckland too, just not a 'city' person but sure we'll have a few trips that way!! You've done well to both have job offers there ... if you don't mind saying really interested to know what they are?
