I'd add driving age should be 17 as a minimum and insurance compulsary but i think they know that already..........
How on earth they allow 15 year olds to drive cars here is beyond me when most other car rich countries its 18 and other countries like the UK are considering upping it to 18 or even 21.

1) Ban all tuneless whistling.
2) Make all the females put a light on when they get dressed...
