seriously though at the high-rise end of the house we trust the second position of the catches on the cockspur handles to give a little ventilation - together with judicious use of the curtains we get the temperature in the *low* 30s when you get home in the summer. :curse:
Otherwise it's like erm ....... living in greenhouse
