Basically what we have done is pulled her out of year 12/13 here and she is doing what would be here A level years condensed down into 6 mths, it's called the cup course. As long as she passes these exams she will have an automatic place on the Uni course of her choice. And no it wasn't a fee- free option, it's cost us nearly 3.5 thousand NZ dollars, but to be honest worth every penny , she is a lot happier, making friends, and now with like minded people, rather than kids younger than her that really didn't want yo be there, if anyone finds the self in the same situation , I'd advise you pop into the Uni for. Chat just like I did.

Sorry forgot to add, she had already done the first year in the UK of her A levels.
