I live in Invercargill for god sake, travelling to Auckland is a massive adventure for me

Like I said I would only go to Auckland for my favorite band which is 30 Seconds to mars and muse, another thing I hate about living here so far to go to a gig.

Been to Auckland to see mars before and going to take daughter to see Florence and the machine

He,s a bit too depressing for me, i would go and see his bird tho

If any band we remotely like plays in NZ, we will always try and get tickets. Really miss going to gigs, doubt our fave bands will ever come this way

I like Coldplay. Not to the tune of $99 per ticket and a trip to Auckland as well. Would have liked to go to see Lady Gaga in Auckland in June but as the tickets were $195 I thought yeah, she's good, but not that good.

So few 'good' bands come here we have started to think like you now - just wish they'd play more/other venues. Hate making the slog to JAFA central - expensive, full of JAFA's, rip off, humid, wet, humid & wet, and Vector isn't that good either
