Default Any takers for communal 'paradise'?

I wonder what could be the catch? Kindly multi-miillionaire offering home to ten people at his isolated Coastal Paradise

"They could live in houses by two persons and share a beautiful winery for social meetings and dining. If you are interested to live a life with a group of interesting people it can be a new life for you,"

He lost me at the word share.

I'm not too good at that 😂

Can I just have the house and winery but be a hermit?

Probability of this ending in a cult or murder scenario: High.

If it where more of a model village type project, like Cadbury family did in Bournville, I'd be interested but the scenario outlined doesn't appear to be that.

Honestly, I don't want to be negative but cult and other scenarios were my first thoughts. .

I wonder if he'd just let me take a load of wine down to Christchurch. ..
