Default UK working holiday visa for my Canadian wife?

My wife and I want to live temporarily (less than a year) in the UK. She's a Canadian citizen and under 35 so is seemingly eligible for the "Youth Mobility Scheme" or working holiday visa.

I don't see any info that says that you can't get this visa if you're married to a British citizen (I'm British/Canadian).

Anyone know if there is any issue with this?

We don't want to live in the UK long-term, just up to a year before we go elsewhere.

Any insight would be great.

Thanks!

Nothing to stop her from applying.
