Team GB Olympic Parade - Brilliant Boris Speech
I was watching the Team GB Olympic parade earlier today and cracked up when the London Mayor Boris Johnson made a final speech of London 2012 outside Buckingham Palace. 
I reckon he should replace 'call me Dave' as Prime Minister!

Boris is one of the VERY few politicians I can bear to listen to. He seems like a genuine ok guy.

I've seen it described as a classic pissed Best Man speech - hogging the undeserved limelight and being the part of the event everyone remembers long after the other memories fade.
I don't want to like Boris, but somehow you can't help liking the 'everyman' persona he puts across. Very clever - he seems far more in touch with the public than all the other Tories in power at the moment.
