I am wanting to ship about 10 boxes, to the UK. In the past I have used Upakweship and there rate from the US to UK before was $500 ( 5 years ago). I contacted them today and it has now doubled in price. Does anyone know of any other shipping company that is reasonable - i don't need them to pack it, i can do this myself, just pick up and deliver to the door in the UK.

Good <dallas freight forwarding> (without the <>) and pick a few to ask for a quote. Yellow Pages (yp.com) seemed to give some promising hits.

Some may only deal in industrial quanties - whole containers or even larger quantities, but some should be willing to give you a quote.
