Please Help
Dear Members,
I am an aunt and a sister to my brothes who is British. He married a girl from Tanzania now 4 years, and they have a daughter whos 2yrs 3mnths.
They have been seperated by immigration, only last month i got them here to Oman by help of her aunt for a mnth to see his daughter and wife.
The most sadest part was to see the happiness of his family when they saw him. His daughter jumped out the car when she saw her dad.
When he left to UK, they cried not knowing when they will sea each other again.
How can we get the daugher the right of british citizenship, i am ready to fight for her.
plz advice me how, my brother was rejected why? its not by law to seperate a child.
