Newton Abbot, Devon? Can anybody tell me what it's like living there? Any areas to avoid? Considering a flat near Forde. Park.
Is medical / hospital care good? Retired couple so have to ask these questions.

Looks nice https://www.visitsouthdevon.co.uk/pl...-abbot-p199073 but I have never been there. My school friend just left Canada after nearly 2 decades and now lives in Devon and loves it.
