Moving back to UK...help please
Good day, Any help appreciated. Just had GC declined and reached limit of work visas, so back to UK end Jan.Questions:
- Best way to treat 401k? I’m just 59.
- Social Security: Is this “lost� I have under 10 years contributions, or can I move to NHI to replace missing contributions there/take in cash..?
- Any other points I need to bear in mind?

Have you paid gaps in UK National Insurance ?
