hello
i wonder if any one has any advise. basicly i am a single pranet to a 4 year old boy. i have been a single parent since i split up with my sons father over 4 years ago. i moved in with my parents and to france. i have no problems with france itself (i know i want to be in england though as i want to teach and my french isn't good enough to teach here).
anyway, my son has agression issues to the point i have been to see out gp, he refured us to a child psycologist. he was really helpful. he has said exactly what is the problem with my son. the basic version is he's really unhappy with family life as neither of us get on with my parents. i have to get him away before m:y son has perminant damage by everything that i shappening.
i have to move back asap. my brother has planned a suprise break for me and my son back to england next tuesday. i would early would dearly love to notn come back again and stay and start our lives again. my son is at school here and struggling with the language therefore hating it.
sorry for such a long post, i just don't knoww where to start to look for a fresh start for me and my son.
if anyone has any idaes i'd love to know
thanks so much

Where is your son's father? Is he in France or the UK?
You may need his permission to leave France with your son, which is why I'm asking; you may need to sort out custody and access issues in the first instance. (Could this be part of your son's anger as well?)

hi
my sons father has no rights as he hasn't seen him ever. his father is english, i moved to france to get away from him believe it or not.
i have no custody issues thankfully. according to the french officials i don't know who his father is, of course i do i was engaged to the man, but it was better for me and my son that way.

anyone you can stay with in blighty and then go to the council telling them you and son are homeless?
guess you have tried to find answers on the computer? any council websites to check up on? have you contacted the citizens advice bureau? http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/
sorry can't offer much help but will keep thinking....all the best of luck.
