Is there a process such as worker visa available for americans who would like to immigrate to the UK? If your husband is waiting for his citzenship N-400 to process would the same spousal sponsorship apply? I am curious and want to know if Immigrating to England is even possible. My husband is Jamaican and according to the research he fits under the commonwealth thing, I think? Does anyone have an answer?
