You might try Lincolnshire - reasonably priced housing, and very country village life for much of the county. Lincolnshire Wolds more hilly and scenic than the rest of the county, which is a tad flat.

What about the Ribble Valley? Main town Clitheroe with a population of 10,000 (I shouldn't be telling you this - I don't want my town to get too populated

How ironic is this!!!!!!!!!!! I have just found 3.5 acres of pasture and 4 loose boxes for horses about 3 miles from where we used to live for £25000!..................ideal apart fromm we can no longer afford to live there! Why is life such a barsteward????????????????????? I give up, I'm so tired, I only wanted a simple life and the best for my family...Is that tooo much to ask?
